Dear God, I ask You to be my guardian protector.
I pray that you will guard me against harm.
I pray that you will guard me against myself when I choose wrongly.
I pray that you will guard me against others when they choose wrongly.
Protect me by Your ever-abiding guidance.

Dear God, You are always with me.

Dear God, I gain true peace of mind
when I realize that wherever I am, and

Dear God, sometimes in the midst of problems and difficulties,
it may not be easy for me to see how things will work out for good.
But in and through every circumstance or condition, however difficult it may seem to me,
I know Your pattern of good is unfolding.
I thank You, I know that I am never alone.
You are always with me.
Always God's love undergirds my efforts.
Strength - mental, emotional, and physical is given to me.
I am renewed in spirit and filled with courage and fortitude
