Thank You, God, for the harvest. I am thankful for what I have and for what I will receive. In this spirit of thankfulness, I pray with a very grateful heart.

Dear God, Thank You for loving me and being with me where I am. Thank You for the many forms of your prosperity that come together to make my life richer. Thank You, God, for all of Your gifts, especially the greatest gift -- awareness of Your presence.

PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING

Dear God, I pause and say thank You for all the blessings that are nourishing and strengthening my soul.

The spirit of praise and thanksgiving is something I now make a vital, indispensable part of my everyday life. I have a perceptive heart that sees that You bestow upon me much more good than I need for my existence. The need for shelter is enriched by warmth and comfort. Food to sustain my body often delights and is served with imagination to please the eye. It is frequently enhanced by interesting conversation and good fellowship. The light and the air and the water necessary to live are set before me in a brilliant sunset over the sea or in a masterpiece of Divine Creation. The wind, that is a necessity, sings a song on a summer night. The rain quenches the earth's thirst and nourishes beautiful crops and fragrant flowers.

I give thanks for the extras in life, the beauty and that which induces wonder inside of me. I look at my needs and see how simple they are compared to Your blessings. I take time to go over every blessing and appreciate all the good things You have done for me. I discover that there is far too much beauty and goodness in life to simply fulfill daily purposes. I realize that Your lavish hand spreads gifts over all the world into every life; touching with grace and generosity every receptive soul.

Thank You, God. I am aware of the love, the goodness, and the benefits You bestow. I am filled with an uplifting and overwhelming sense of gratitude as words and feelings merge into a warm flow of gladness and exhilaration. I discover that thankfulness lifts me out of depression, out of doubt, and elevates my own individual soul to a height of spiritual joy and security. My life expands as I look for and give thanks for appreciations of You. Praise and thanksgiving make me more aware of the good about me. My thoughts and prayers reach out to include others.

I count my blessings. I learn that You come to me in every experience. I find, in the accumulation of little joys, of small blessings heaped upon other small blessings, that life adds up to a deep and priceless adventure. In a spirit of thanksgiving and overwhelming gratitude, I say silently, Thank You, God.

THANKFUL FOR BLESSINGS RECEIVED

Dear God, Each moment, I give thanks for Your ever-present abundance in my life. I am thankful for Your guidance through times that seem difficult and for Your presence in moments of joy.

I am grateful for those souls that travel life's journey with me. With the help and companionship of others, I continue to grow and unfold, spiritually.

Dear God, I want to be a gratitude-filled person. Help me each day to focus on my blessings and what is good in my life. Open my eyes that I may see, and comprehend, the wonders all around me. Create in me an attitude of thankfulness.

Through thankfulness, I pray that I will be a magnet to attract wonderful things into my life. Create in me a pure heart and a mind that is able to perceive the blessings as they come. Create in my memory an ability to remember all that I have to be thankful for in the past.

Dear God, thank You for always being at work in my life. My faith in Your power to fulfill every need is total. BOUNTIFUL BLESSINGS PRAYER

Dear God, I give thanks and I praise You. My world is filled with so many bountiful blessings that I cannot count them all. Today, I will look for reasons to be thankful. As I think of the life which sustains me, the light which guides me, the love which warms my heart, I say, "Praise God!"

As I give of myself today, my heart is filled with love. I see the truth. I have understanding. As I give of myself today, I will make a difference to others; I will do all in my power to be a light and to bring a blessing to my surroundings.

Gratitude To God Calendar Daily Instruction

(The following is from the world-famous "Gratitude to God Calendar System" available (online at our website) in start anytime format in our popular book "Day by Day," and every Fall in special pocket format.)

"Enter God's Gates with thanksgiving." Psalms 100:4

As adults, over-time, we can become negative, cynical, and critical in daily life. You now are holding in your hands a dramatic life-changing system to change a person's focus. Most calendars deal with the future, writing down dates, and deadlines to remember. These types of calendars create added stress. This calendar system works in the reverse, writing down events that have already happened, so that you can later remember in gratitude to God. This remembrance, changes a person spiritually at depth.

1) Strive for up-arrow days With your calendar, begin to take the reins of your mind, and retrain your mind to be constantly positive, through constant practice. Days that you are positive the majority of the time - place and up-arrow ↑ on your calendar. Days where you fall short, with negative thinking, cynical, critical with a general bad mood - place a down-arrow ↓ on your calendar. Awareness is 90% of changing the mind. Review your calendar often, and strive towards a conscious change for more up-arrows in your life.

2) Every day make an appointment with God for thanksgiving PRAYER: Other times can be for asking-but this appointment will be to show gratitude and thankfulness only. Write down the appointment time-and KEEP the appointment. (God will keep the appointment!)

3) Count your blessings: Write them down, daily. Look for, and then write down things that you are thankful for each day, in the present, on the lines provided on the calendar. Don't tell yourself you will remember because you won't-write it down, and in the moment give thanks to God for all your special blessings. At the end of the day, review, and count your blessings. You focus on what's right - not on what's wrong. Remember all the blessings from God in your past as well. Banish regret. Forget the troubles that pass your way; but never forget the blessings that come each day.

4) Review weekly: feel gratitude for your blessings becoming accumulative in your mind.

5) Review monthly: giving thanks for ALL your blessings every day of the month.

6) Reflect on yearly: Thanksgiving Day, SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY reviewing your "Gratitude To God Calendar System," taking inventory of all the God-given good in your life, and remember the blessings that you have given others through your good deeds.

7) Be thankful for your life: Actively practice "loving your life," it will become a habit.

8) Be thankful for you: Focus on what's right-instead of what's wrong. Give thanks for your God-given gifts and abilities that make up you unique and special. Practice being the person you want to be.

9) Be thankful for other people: Give thanks for people that make a difference in your life.

10) Thanks - "GIVING": For every blessing that you receive daily, give-one blessing away-GOD NEEDS YOU! Give away good deeds: A smile, a kind word, a listening ear, or a helping hand. Give away appreciation and recognition: Remember the last time you felt really appreciated? Wasn't it one of the best feelings in the world? The fact is, YOU at this very moment, have the power to give that feeling to people in your life. Pray: Dear God, Use me. Give yourself, it is the only true gift.

11) Praise ONLY: Every day try to go through, WITHOUT CRITICIZING once, anyone, or anything, (including yourself) - draw a star next to the date you succeed. Complement often-make it a habit.

I AM MIRACULOUSLY BLESSED

"You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." John 8:32

This day, dear God, I walk with the joyous step in gratitude of my
blessings. Today is Your day, dear God. At the outset, I dedicate the
minutes and the hours of this day to Your good purposes, and I dedicate
myself to being a channel through which Your good can come forth. All that
contains the day will be blessed by Your love and mine.

There are decisions to be made today, dear God, both routine and
important. I need Your help in making them. I know that You stand ever
ready to help me, to show me the way, so I began now to open myself to
Your light and inspiration. I thank you throughout this day. I make myself
receptive and willing to follow in the way You would have me go. Such an
attitude makes me the grateful receiver of a constant inflow of Divine ideas.

Through Your loving direction, dear God, this is a day of confident
living. Through Your guiding light, the events of this day will be
illumined. For Your never failing love, my soul and my heart sing praises and Thanksgiving.

Today dear God, in gratitude I think about, and believe in Your healing
life. I concentrate on Divine strength in and through me. I know that God
is the strength of my body and of my life. I have faith in the healing
power of God with me and within me. In God, I am whole, vitally alive, and
able to accomplish all that my heart desires.

Today, I think about, and believe in God has my source of supply. I
believe that good can flow to me constantly, and is directed to me by God.
Believing in God, I give willingly, generously, and joyfully just as God
constantly gives to me. Good fortune flows through my hands and my life,
as God abundantly prospers me with good fortune.

I am blessed, because I am a blessing. I think about, and believe in
Divine love, everywhere present, ever active, ever fulfilling in my life.
I am loved, because I am loving. Divine love through me, constantly
creates new wonders, miracles and blessings.

I think about, and believe in the truth of God, and my life is set free to
be filled with health, love, prosperity, beauty, joy and harmony.

Today, dear God, I think about Your peace even when my outer world is in
turmoil and I am given the peace that sets me free, and passes
understanding.

I decree in Jesus Christ's name, "I am MIRACULOUSLY BLESSED!"

Thank You, God, for the creative power of mind that enables me to think in
limitless ways. Thank You, God, that I am able to create, compose, and
invent. I can do and become whatever I choose, with Your help.

Thank You, God, for Your love that permeates all life. Your love is the
true basis for our relationships, guiding our motives, desires, and efforts.

Thank You, God, for providing the abundance from which all needs are met.
My abundance flows freely, blessing, enriching, and fulfilling my life.

Thank You, God, for Your governing power that guides and protects me.
Your loving presence embraces me, warmly and guides me, tenderly.

Thank You, God, for the beauty in the world, for it inspires me with
never-ending variety, showing me how infinitely important each part is to the whole.

I know You, dear God, are with me. I have nothing to fear, today or any day.

I know that there is no burden too great for God to alleviate. There is
no sorrow that God can't ease, no defeat that God cannot eventually turn
to success. There is no problem that God cannot solve. There is no wound
that God cannot heal.

Wherever I am, God is with me. God is always with me. God's love never
fades or falters. I now become increasingly aware of God's presence with
me, and all fears depart.

Thank You, God, that You are helping me, to make all my problems dissolve.
All doubts in me are set to rest.

Thank You, God, that You are with me. Thank You, God, that You are my
source of joy, my happiness, my health, and my supply. Thank You, God,
that You are with me, today, and will be with me, tomorrow and every day
and night of the future.

Thank You, God, for Your presence with me, at all times and in all places.
I live my life from this awareness; I believe this truth, and I live this truth.

As it says in Joshua 1:9, "Be strong and of good courage; be not
frightened, neither be dismayed; for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

Psalm 100:4-5 - "Enter his gates (Your 24 hour day) with thanksgiving and God's courts (A span of your life
experience) with praise; give thanks to God and praise God's name (Nature).
For the Lord is good and God's love endures for ever;
God's faithfulness continues through all generations. (Of your life, and of others' lives.)"

Dear God, this day help me to recall all the things in my life that I have to be thankful for.
Motivate me to find the joy of gratitude, and take from me all the cynicism,
negative, and critical thinking that keeps me from my present happiness.

Thank You God, I remember, I am sustained, upheld, and comforted by the loving presence of God ever with me.
I will not forgetful to cherish the God-given gifts each moment brings.

Thankfulness

Dear God, I pray that I turn around the tendency of my human mind to be
judging, critical, condemning or cynical.

I pray that I have a transfusion of positive thankful thought today.

Dear God, I ask that you empower me with the ability to be thankful every moment of my life.

I begin, right now, by praising everyone and everything - including myself.

I pray that every thought that I hold in my human mind is a positive thought of
thankfulness and gratitude.

I pray that my human eyes see and behold only the good.

I pray that by seeing the good, I can give thanks for it constantly.

I pray that this day is a day of constant prayer of Thanksgiving.

In this way, I form the verbal spiritual advantage that leads to the kingdom of heaven within me, and
projects forth from me in every word I speak.

In Jesus Christ's name. . . Amen

AFFIRMATIONS

Gratitude draws to me a continuous cornucopia of God's good.

I bless give thanks for my God-given faculty of seeing the good in daily life.

The loving presence of God provides for my every need. I am thankful for what I have and for what I am about to receive.

I give thanks for my permanent happiness, my permanent health, my permanent wealth and my permanent love.

My heart is filled to overflowing with gratitude.

In a spirit of thankfulness, I praise God with a grateful heart.

I give thanks in advance, knowing my prayers will be answered.

I give thanks for what I have and lay a foundation for more to come.

Gratitude lifts my spirit and brightens my day.

I give thanks for blessings, large and small, seen and unseen.
