HELP IS AT HAND

God's help is at hand for you, right now where you are. God's everlasting help is at hand. God's help is yours, right now. God is at work doing whatever needs to be done in your life while you relax and let go. God is at work in your life, in your body temple, in everything in your life, God is at hand.

God's wisdom is lighting up your mind this moment. God's power is strengthening your body, and God's peace is calming your soul. God is at hand doing everything needful and good and productive, right now. There is no obstruction; there is no delay. There is nothing to hinder God's presence and power.

God is your creator and re-creator, the sustainer of healing life and peace, ever lifting and supporting you. There is nothing in life that you cannot do, that you cannot face, that you cannot surmount, that you cannot overcome or obtain, for God is your help in every need.

God is at hand, now, in your life. You can let go and give thanks this moment, for God is the kingdom. God is at hand.

You have faith as a grain of mustard seed and remember that the grain of mustard seed is growing into a full-blossoming plant inside of you, bringing to you what you have prayed for.

GOD IS HERE, I LET GO

Dear God, You are my help in every need.

You are here. I know, from the core of my being, that You are with me now. Through You, and only through You, I can overcome any obstacle to peace of mind. I can overcome any limitation. I can live in freedom and self-mastery.

Through Your activity, God, I feel a comfort and a tranquility that passes human understanding. Jesus promised, "You will know the Truth, and the Truth will make you free."

Now it is time for me to let go of my lists of human weaknesses and limitations. You free me now, God, to live a fuller, happier, more useful and more satisfying life.

Now it is time for me to let go of my human sense of trouble and difficulties. I let go of everything not to the level of Christ consciousness and center my full attention, my whole being, on Your spiritual help with me and all around me.

Dear God, I give You my full attention in this moment, and I see the result. I get my personal self out of the way so that the Divine can emerge.

In my awareness, I feel a harmonizing calm, a complete confidence and the victorious blessedness that always emanates from Your close Presence and quiet, steady, purposeful activity.

Harmony and wholeness, vitality, power and plenty, You becomes that to me AND MORE. God, You are with me, right now. I give You my full human attention. I go to You every day, abide in You every moment, and consciously let You perform Your work. I consciously let You live in me and through me and all around me, and I am aided, strengthened, and guided in ways that I have not yet dreamed of in human mind.

REQUESTING STRENGTH, WISDOM, COURAGE, SERENITY

Dear God I come to You for strength -- strength of body, strength of mind and strength of soul. I feel the infilling of Your Spirit. I feel the assurance of Your upholding presence. Thank You, God, for strength.

Dear God I come to You for wisdom -- wisdom to know what I should do, wisdom to choose the course that means growth and understanding. Thank You, God, for wisdom.

Dear God I come to You for courage -- courage to face every experience, courage to stand strong and firm in the midst of situations that require much of me. Thank You, God, for courage.

Dear God I come to You for serenity -- serenity of heart and spirit. Bless me with Your untroubled Spirit of peace. I feel Your calming touch upon my heart, I feel Your love enfolding me. Thank You, God, for serenity.

WITH GOD THERE IS A WAY

Dear God, in faith, I know that with You in my life there is always a way. My faith grows by leaps and bounds, as I pray and become more aware of Your help. In You I am free to live and to love in faith.

Dear God, I know that You are the open the door to new good and new blessings in today's life and in tomorrow's new life.

GOD IS GREATER

Dear God, I know that no storm can stand up to Your power. I have a great desire for You in my life. I seek You first. Every action of my life conveys that. I make my life a light of belief.

I know that You can heal because You are the great Creator and Regenerator. I know You can lift me up if I am ever low, or down or even depressed. I know that no former human condition has any power over me this moment.

I do give thanks because You are with me. How joyous I am that this is my day of discovery.

Dear God, With Your help, I do not allow any past hurt to harm me in the present moment.

With Your help, I am free of the past. I am not a victim of past circumstances. With Your help, I have no fear of imagined events in the future.

AFFIRM GOD'S HELP

God empowers, protects, surrounds, and infills me now. God radiates forth from me, clearing my way. My way is paved with the good of God; nothing but good awaits me and mine.

My problem dissipates now before the radiant life of God. My mind and body, in all circumstances, are cleansed, renewed, and regenerated into newness of life. I proclaim with Jesus, "God and I are one.

Lord, I pray for an intelligent approach to my problems, and I pray for spiritual insight, intuition, and understanding that will lift me above my problems.

Lord, I pray for the ability to see my way. I pray also for the clear shining of Your light to illumine me and to shine through me. Show me, with clarity, Your higher way.

HELP WITH FRUSTRATION

Dear God, when I am faced with frustration, I pray that I come face-to-face with You. I pray that You will shine on me taking away any darkness that is held in my consciousness. I pray, God, for You to take away the frustration inside of me, both known and unknown. Help me to work with conditions in such a way that makes all conditions better, not worse. I pray that people will want to work with me, and we will have the synchronicity of understanding and cooperation.

Patient, kind and loving, too. Romans 8:28: "For we know that in everything God works for good with those who love God."

All things I am, can do and be. John 15:4: "Abide in Me and I in you."

Through Christ, the Truth, that is in me. Colossians 1:27: "Christ in you, the hope of glory."

God is my health, I can't be sick. Proverbs 12:18: "The tongue of the wise brings healing."

God is my strength, unfailing quick. Psalms 46:1: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

God is my all, I know no fear. Isaiah 12:2: "I will trust and will not be afraid; for the Lord is my strength . . . and God has become my salvation."

Since God and love and Truth are here. Matthew 17:4: "Lord, it is well that we are here."

I ask you to rest in the quietness of the all Power of the silence within you. Feel and know the Presence of God.

God is with you this very moment. God is surrounding you this very moment, as a help in your present need. For every hunger in your life, God is feeding you.

God is walking with you, ahead of you, behind you, beside you. God is guiding your way. God is guiding you every second, every moment of this day.

You are now wise with a wisdom deep inside of you. You are now patient because you know that everything is unfolding perfectly in God's time.

You have a kindness and a love that is flowing through you that is from the Divine.

You realize that all things are possible to you because of God with you.

You realize that there is a Christ power, a Truth, an action that is taking place in your life.

There is a health inside of you that is beyond human health. It is a health of God. There is a strength inside of you that is making you strong and it is so unfailing, it is continuous and it is quick.

You realize that everything you want in this life is there at hand, from God.

You realize that God is not far off, but right here, present, your help in every need.

Dear God, I pray for Your help in helping me to take away my hidden blocks.

I pray You will help me to confront the fears that caused me to place barriers within myself of seeming self protection.

Be Still, and Know That I Am God

Dear God, in prayer I still my thoughts, and my senses.
I say to myself, "Be still. Be still. Be still."
I feel a gentle response, my busy thoughts rest, and my body relaxes.
I feel a oneness with You.
How easy it is to let go of concern when my mind is still, and my body is relaxed.

Prayer of God's Presence

The living Christ of God is in this home.
God's presence is felt as peace and order in our lives,

I ask you to join me in prayer

The Presence of God is here. Like a heart of God's love beating throughout
your environment. You are immersed in that loving Presence. You feel the
heartbeat that is beating throughout the world touching every soul.

You are a part of this heartbeat, a part of this spiritual movement. You
are a part of this prayer. Today, you join your consciousness with our
consciousness. Together we pray not only for ourselves, but also for those
who are in other places.

We outstretch our hand in prayer to all those needing help.

For all those who are praying today, we say that GOD IS YOUR HELP.
GOD IS AT HAND. GOD IS RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE.

To those who are seeking healing today, we know that God is health. If

We never pray for anything that we are not willing to become. With that
in mind we continue our prayer --

God is life. I am one with the life of God. The life of God flows freely
and unobstructedly through every atom and cell of my being. I am whole,
strong, and radiantly alive with the life that gave me life -- the life of God.

God is light. I am one with the light of God. The light of God shines
brightly within me because I consent to it coming through. This light
guides and directs me in all that I do, and God shows me my way and my way
is made plain. In First John 1:5 the truth is spoken, "God is light and
in God is no darkness at all."

God is peace. I am peaceful. I am one with the peace of God in mind and
body. The peace of God fills my heart, mind and soul. I am relaxed and at peace.

God is joy. I am joyful. I am one with the joy of God. My life is a
glow with an inner joy, the joy of which Jesus spoke when He said, "that
My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full." I am filled with
the joy of living.

God is love. I am loving. I am one with the love of God. The Bible says
that all love is from God and the all-providing love of God flows
throughout my entire being and throughout every relationship in my life.
I give and I accept love freely.

Lord of Light

Dear God, Lord of light, I see You in the brightness of the day, and the smiles of Your children, in Your
creations, large and small.

Lord of light, I see You in all things and I feel the warmth that is so much a part of You,
a part that I would share.

Lord of light, shining in me, through me, and for me.
Let me help any person who is sad to feel that there is hope and strength and peace,
that there is the opportunity to live a good life.

Lord of light, shine through the thoughts I think, the words I speak,
through my every action so that every part of my world is enlightened.

Let there be no darkness in my heart or in my home.
Let there be light, and let it shine with a radiant glow.
Lord of light, let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be filled with light so that Your light sheds its rays in me, through me, and for me.

I Empty Myself that I May Be Filled with New Good

This moment, dear God, I consent to Your activity. I empty myself of any preconceived opinions. I ask for thought to flow into every crevice of my mind. I ask you to light a light in the darkness of the thought about this situation and to cause new light to spread throughout my being and my life.

I ask You to infill me with Your ideas without any preconceived opinions of how that infilling should come. I hold an open mind like never before that Your wonder and Your majesty can fill me. I ask you to bring new play and enjoyment into my life, because life is not meant to be a struggle but a constant series of enjoyment and ever-expanding happiness. I ask for ever-increasing God filled joy.

I ask for movement in every area of my life, positive, God-centered movement. I ask that the wonder of all these happenings can be brought out in my human awareness, that I can open my eyes and see with a perception that is from the Christ.
