I still my thoughts and relax my body. I know that the Spirit of God in me guides me with new ideas. I am aware of God's kingdom of plenty, of life, and of peace. I listen to my indwelling still small voice of God and I let God's truth permeate my consciousness. I let God's wisdom dissolve every false belief that I may have had. I let God's love purify my mind and heart. I let God's healing life flow freely through my mind and body. I let the light of Spirit shine through me in all that I do. I let my day unfold in an orderly God directed manner. I express God's wisdom and love in my words and my work. I do every task easily, wisely, and efficiently with God's help. I let the presence and power of God's Spirit be active in me to change me into a more Christ-like person. I am thankful for every change in my thinking, for I know that I am an ever-evolving soul. I have an open mind. I have an expectant attitude. I have a willing heart. I let the Spirit of God change me and my life.
