Job 37:23 Sometimes people treat us unfairly. People are people, but God is God. Never picture God in man's image, with man's moods and temperament. It is much better to do the reverse. Hold man in a vision of the potential they can become following the love of God. Never think of God as a stern judge, sitting in judgment of God's creation. Rather, let us think of God as love. God, as love, inspires God's creation to be loving. God, as love, helps us to make possible the adjustments, and provides the wisdom needed to right every wrong. God, as love loves through us. When we express the love of God, we are just and justice is ours. When we love, we do not want anything that is not our own. When we love, we enjoy and protect God's world. When we love, we are thoughtful of others, of their rights, of their needs. 1 John 4:16 states, "So we know and believe the love God has for us. God is love." The justice we want to see manifested in our personal life and in the world is furthered by those who believe in God's love. Those of you who read Positive Daily Inspiration and live by these ideas are furthering the cause of justice in a very real sense. You are making an earnest effort to live a loving life. You are relying on God's love and trusting in God's power to bring about justice for all. Does it sometimes seem as though you are the unwitting object of unfair treatment? You can overcome the debilitating feelings of being misunderstood or mistreated if you hold to God's truth. God's truth is the assurance that God's law of Divine justice will bring about healing and restoration. God's law of Divine justice adjusts and corrects, helping to heal hurt feelings and misunderstandings. Divine justice restores and encourages self-esteem by nurturing, within you, the awareness that you are an heir to God's kingdom of good. The Divine law of justice restores that which is rightfully yours, multiplying blessings in every area of your life. God's Divine law of justice renews in you a loving heart and graceful spirit. With God's truth going ahead of you, you meet life victoriously. Reading the story of Joseph in the Bible helps us to understand that Joseph being sold into slavery by his brothers is an example of seeming injustice that was later turned around to good. Justice prevailed and Joseph told his brothers, "As for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive." Genesis 50:20 If you are going through a time of seeming injustice, have faith that it will be turned around to good by the loving action of God. Like Joseph, you can know that the infinite law of God's loving justice will prevail at all times in your life. If you are experiencing unkind or indifferent treatment, or if your interests and goals seem unimportant to others, you do not lose heart. You know that with God as your guide, any seeming injustice will be turned into good. POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER: Dear God, I pray that You will keep me under Your umbrella of safety and justice. I pray that You will influence all the situations, and people, so that the best can come for all concerned. I pray for Divine justice, for a higher working-out than can even be thought of in human mind.
