How wonderful to realize this! Every cell, every atom is composed of the pure substance of God life, that life comes directly from God. Your body has an intrinsic ability to heal itself. Your body has a God-given gift of self-repair, self-restore, and self-renew. Doctors and medicines may work with this God-given gift to help bring it into manifestation, but know that it is there already inside of you ready to come forth. You are meant to be well, whole, vital, strong in God. The life of God is already with you, inside of you. The energy of God awaits your call. The power of God flows through you now, renewing and restoring you. God will maintain you in good health. You give thanks to God for this remarkable body temple of yours, for the perfect functioning of its every part, for the breath of life that sustains and nurtures you through every moment, day and night. From the top of your head to the soles of your feet, you feel the flow of life—God life. You are refreshed at a cellular level with a deeper rest of God. You are renewed deep in your tissues by the regeneration of new, fresh God life. You are revitalized with the strength of God that is unfailing and endless. You are cleansed and purified in the complete perfection of God. You are healed by God, made a whole – mind, body, and soul. You are strong, for God is your daily strength. Sometimes you may think that the challenges you face are greater than your strength. At such times it is good to remind yourself that God is your strength and that you have the God-given capacity to meet and overcome all health challenges. Quiet your thoughts, your emotions, and your physical body, and affirm in prayer: I AM STRONG IN MY HEALTH, FOR GOD IS MY STRENGTH OF MY HEALTH. Feel the Spirit of strength and new health renewing and strengthening you. Carry this strength with you into your daily activities and easily accomplish what you need to accomplish with a renewed vitality that you feel body, mind, and soul. You are one with God who continually renews your physical body, and mind. In God, you have all the strength that you need. In God, you have all the peace that you desire. In God; you find health, joy and boundless energy. I AM FULLY ALIVE IN THE EVER-INCREASING BUOYANT, BOUNDLESS ENERGY OF GOD’S COMPLETE, PERMANENT HEALTH.
