Come unto Me . . . Come unto Me . . . Rest in the silence of prayer. . . If there is any concern or anxiety, listen as the Christ says: “Let not your heart be troubled; neither let it be fearful.” Come unto Me . . . Centered in prayer, you feel peace. I invite you to move deeper and deeper into your awareness, as you listen to the Christ say: I have come that you may have life and have it abundantly. Come unto Me . . . I invite you to take a moment in the quiet stillness of prayer, and just listen to the message of the Christ. (Silence) You have the power, in prayer, to still your mind. In a loving and firm way, you command your mind to be still in prayer. You are taking an important step in assuming your own self-mastery, in spirituality. When your mind is still, you listen to God -- you are listening to God now. Rest in the silence of prayer. . . Negative thoughts have no power over you because they have no power over God. Tensions are eased and your body is totally relaxed. Come unto Me . . . You are in God's presence. You have always been and always will be, but now you fully realize it. Come unto Me . . . God's love fills your mind and heart. God's understanding life fills you, through and through. Come unto Me . . . In the stillness of prayer, you feel a great peace. You know God has a loving, forgiving presence. Come unto Me . . . In God's presence, as you listen to the still, small voice, you find the answer to your every need. Come unto Me . . . In God's presence, you find peace of mind and joy of soul. Again, I invite you to take a deep breath. As you do, remember the words of the Christ: “Let not your heart be troubled; neither let it be fearful. I have come that you may have life and have it abundantly.” Rest in the silence of prayer. . .
