Deuteronomy 32:3,4 God wants nothing but the best for any of us, and only God knows what that is, for God is all wise, and omniscient. God is the creator of life, the sustainer of life and the rock upon which victorious lives are built. God is the never-ending source of support for those that trust in God. God is the unfailing source of wisdom for those that meditate upon God's presence. Choose to build the foundation of your life upon the rock. If you do so you have chosen wisely. Your faith will help you rise above the trials and struggles of daily life. God will hold your hand and walk with you today and every day if you let God. Even when the circumstances are difficult, trust in God. God's promises remain true; God's plan is perfect; God's love is eternal; and God's goodness endures forever. God will help you rise above circumstances. You probably heard it said on many occasions, perhaps you've even said it yourself: "I'm doing the best I can under the circumstances." But God has a better way. God wants you to live above circumstances – and with God's help, you can do it continually. You no longer stand on the quicksand of problems and circumstances, but on the firm foundation of the rock. In Philippians, the apostle Paul stated that he could find happiness and fulfillment in any situation. How? By turning his life and his future over to God. Even when he faced an enormous difficulty, Paul found peace through God – so will you. In Philippians 4:12,13 the Bible states, "I'm just as happy with little as with much, and with much as with little. I found the recipe for being happy whether full or hungry, hands full or hands empty. Whatever I had, whatever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am." Today, make this important promise to yourself and to God. Stand on the faith foundation of the solid rock of God. Launch forth from there towards a new life. Find contentment in Christ. When you trust God to help you and to provide for your needs you won't have to live under the circumstances.
