August 16, 2018 www.PositiveChristianity.org presents Positive Daily Inspiration GOD CREATED HEALTH "God's Temple is holy, and that temple you are." 1 Corinthians 3:17 Often we curse our bodies instead of praise them. Our bodies respond to praise and can then open to the full possibilities of regeneration of God. Healing starts with belief, and I ask you to believe in the powerful, regenerating life of God within you. Let that belief grow and take shape. Close your eyes and creative picture of yourself healthy and whole. Believe yourself moving and breathing effortlessly. Believe that you can see and hear perfectly. Areas where there have been pain or discomfort now radiate with the warm glow of God life. This is how it looks and feels to be whole and free. This can be your reality as you begin to live it in this moment of your life. Moment by moment the spiritual picture of reality becomes clear as a healthier and happier you. As a maintenance routine that you follow every day, you keep on believing in the life of God within you and picturing yourself healthy. This is your true reality. In Jeremiah 30:17 the Bible speaks to you, "I will restore health to you!" In our prayer CDs such as The Prayer for Whole Body Wellness, and our prayerAmerica videos we always decree God's truth for you. Now I ask you to decree this for yourself. POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER: Pray this prayer today: This moment is the moment I accept the Divine idea of radiant health as true for me. I think about health not only as a possibility, but also as a reality. I expect to be healthy and whole in mind and body, as God created me to be. As I focus on health and wholeness, I am steadfastly guided in ways that support and maintain my health and wellbeing. As I think and talk about health and wholeness instead of what seems to be wrong, I am building a consciousness of health. My awareness of health grows stronger and more complete with each passing day. My mind is filled with God’s truth of radiant health. The Divine idea of health fills me through and through. I can do much to maintain a strong healthy body. I can eat nourishing food, exercise, and get plenty of rest. As I maintain a calm composure, I allow my heart to rest between beats. I practice deep breathing, which fuels my system with the oxygen. Knowing that a healthy body is an indicator of inner harmony, I bless my body with positive, uplifting thoughts. As I remain flexible in thought, my body is flexible even when I move in unexpected or unusual ways. The life in my body mirrors my positive thought and attitude. Harmonious thinking allows me to adapt to changing routines within my family and my workplace. I am able to meet changing and challenging situations because of the health and energy that is present within my body and my mind. My body is an instrument of God's creation. My mind is a vessel of positive thought that blesses the temple of my body that keeps its thoughts stayed on God. Dear God, I pray that I fully, and completely, accept the Divine idea of radiant health as mine in body and mind. I pray that I see this, not as hopeful thinking, but as manifest reality that will continue for the rest of my life. God's health, I pray, is regenerated within me, within every cell, and tissue of my being. I pray that every thought in my mind be stayed upon you God, and your perfect health. I pray that I grow stronger with each day. I pray that you will guide me showing me the food that will nourish my body temple, the exercise that will renew me, and I pray that I have such peace of mind that I rest deeply every night. I pray that I am filled with inner harmony, and ever-restoring, revitalizing, renewing, perfect health. In Jesus Christ's name...Amen POSITIVE DAILY AFFIRMATION: I'm the picture of health and wholeness in mind and body. POSITIVE DAILY QUOTE: "Belief creates the actual fact."
